Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No — all sales are final. Smart Mouth Court Sports is a small, independent shop, so we can't take a piece back once it's shipped, and we can't swap it for another size or design.

Please double-check your size and your saying before you check out. It genuinely saves everybody a rough conversation.

Why is everything final sale?

Every tee, hoodie, hat and patch is printed on demand, one at a time, in small batches. Once something is printed with your design on it, it can't go back into stock or be handed to the next player. Keeping the operation small is also how we keep the prices honest and answer our own email. If you're stuck between two sizes or two sayings, write to us before you order and we'll talk it through.

How do I pick the right size the first time?

T-shirt, hoodie and jacket pages each carry a size chart with body length, chest width and sleeve measurements in inches. All our tees and hoodies are unisex. The honestest test: measure a shirt you already like and compare it against the chart. Print-based garments can vary by up to 2 inches on any measurement, so a small difference is normal and not a fault.

What size should I actually order?

T-shirts: our unisex tees run small, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual. Going for that baggy, borrowed-from-the-coach look? Two sizes up. Hoodies: also unisex and also a touch small — size up once for a relaxed fit, or twice for an oversize hoody. Jackets: a relaxed unisex fit, so your usual size is the right call. Still stuck between two? Email us before you order and we'll help you land on the right one — much better than a size you never wear.

I ordered the wrong size by accident. Is there any way around it?

Honestly? No. Every order is final the moment it's placed, so we can't swap the size or take it back, and we'd rather say that plainly than get your hopes up. Still write to us at smartmouthcourtsports@gmail.com with your order number if something's gone wrong. We can't promise a fix, but we read every email and we'll always tell you straight where your order stands.

How do I wash my printed tee (or hoodie, or jacket)?

All our printed apparel is made to order with direct-to-garment printing, so a little care keeps the print sharp and the fit true: Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Mild detergent only — skip the fabric softener, and only use non-chlorine bleach if you absolutely have to. Never dry-clean. Hang-dry if you can, or tumble-dry on low. Heat is the enemy of both the print and the fit.

Can I iron my shirt?

Yes — turn it inside-out and use a cool iron. Never iron directly on the print itself. Done right, this keeps your tee from fading, cracking, or shrinking, so the saying stays as loud as the day it arrived.

Question 8

How do I care for hats and embroidered pieces?

Accepted Answer

For embroidered items: machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Skip the chlorine bleach (a little non-chlorine is fine). For hats, we recommend spot-cleaning by hand rather than a machine cycle — it keeps the shape and the stitching looking new.
